Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a government agency or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Polaris Campaign Suite is an AI-powered public sentiment intelligence platform designed for government agencies, political organizations, and public institutions. The Platform provides:

• Real-time social media and news monitoring
• Sentiment analysis and crisis detection
• Regional intelligence dashboards
• AI-assisted analysis and reporting
• Policy impact assessment tools

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or intimidate any individual
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Platform to spread misinformation or manipulate public discourse
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform beyond authorized API usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access or data without authorization
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable Philippine or international law

Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Platform Data: All aggregated sentiment data, analytics, AI-generated insights, and reports produced by the Platform are proprietary to Digitribe Innovations Philippines OPC. Clients receive a license to use such outputs for their internal government or organizational purposes.

Public Data: Social media and news data collected by the Platform is sourced from publicly available channels. We do not claim ownership of this public data but retain rights over our analysis, processing, and presentation of it.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency security patches or updates
• Factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Paid plans are billed according to the terms agreed upon in your subscription or service agreement. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that sentiment analysis, AI insights, or crisis alerts will be 100% accurate or timely.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitribe Innovations Philippines OPC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
